You need to run the client software each time you want to connect to the network projector in most cases - especially if devices on the network receive dynamic IP addresses from the router and don’t use static, permanent ones. Network projectors ship with a disc that allows you to install the client software needed to locate and connect to the projector on the local area network.

Another common issue with network projectors is a failure to install the software for the device on the computer used for the presentation. While some network projectors are Wi-Fi-capable, using an Ethernet cable to connect the PC and projector to a router usually provides much better results. To use a network projector, you must ensure that the computer with the presentation software or slides connects to the same router as the projector. If the cable is not damaged, check the projector input settings and computer display settings, update graphics card drivers, and inspect your projector HDMI port.Network projectors are a little more difficult to configure and use than those that connect to a video-out port. When your Epson Projector displays a ‘ No Signal’ message when using HDMI as input, first inspect the HDMI cable. In that case, I would recommend getting in touch with Epson’s official support. If the new cable works without a ‘no signal’ error message, then it means your projector HDMI port is faulty. If that does not work as well, test your laptop with another projector or monitor using HDMI. If your projector has multiple HDMI ports, try using the other one. If none of the above methods work, maybe the issue is with your Epson Projector port. Once your graphics card drivers are updated, restart your computer for changes to take effect. Select Search automatically for the driver option. Right-click on your display driver and choose Update Driver. You can open it by typing devmgmt.msc command in Windows Run.

To update graphics card drivers in Windows 10 or Windows 11, open Device Manager. Another quick workaround is to update your computer GPU drivers.
